Land development activity started on 21/11/2022 for the construction of the Common Facility Centre (CFC) for the Machkhowa Red Rice Project, Dhemaji. Representatives from Technical Agency (TA) and Implementing Agency (IA) were present on location to supervise the contractual work started by Mr. Rabin and his team. Also a meeting was held with the SPV and the contractor team.
