Utpal Ranjan Dutta, holding an MBA degree, has been an integral part of RGVN since its establishment in 1990, serving as the Deputy Director overseeing HR & Administration. Beyond his pivotal role in this domain, he actively contributes to the implementation of CSR initiatives, currently involved in steering projects related to agriculture alongside another CSR endeavor.
