Available Positions
- District Resource Person (DRP) / Project Manager
Qualification: Postgraduate in Social Sciences (or Graduate with 3 years’ relevant experience).
Experience: Experience in health, livelihood, rural development, microfinance, or HIV/AIDS programmes at district level.
Skills: Strong communication and reporting skills, data analysis, team leadership, and familiarity with government health programmes. - M&E cum Accountant
Qualification: Graduate in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Commerce.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in data management, monitoring and evaluation, or accounts in the health or social development sector.
Skills: Data analysis, report preparation, and proficiency in computer software and financial management. - Zonal Supervisor
Qualification: Postgraduate in Social Science (or Graduate with 2 years’ relevant experience).
Experience: Experience in field supervision and coordination in development or health programmes.
Skills: Communication, team coordination, community mobilization, and reporting. - Cluster Link Workers
Qualification: Local candidates from the respective or nearby blocks/villages preferred.
Experience: Prior involvement in community-based programmes or volunteering in health and social work.
Skills: Strong community rapport, communication, and willingness to work with vulnerable populations.
